I love anything glow in the dark! it's also pretty festive for a halloween party. Their are so many ideas. You could have a glow in the dark party with your immediate family--perhaps before you go out for trick or treating or you can have a huge bash all with glow in the dark fun. The great thing about glow in the dark parties is you can throw them together with a pretty low budget. Glow in the dark stuff is pretty cheap if you are willing to look around for the right deal.
