This is so easy and simple to make. Simply upload any picture into a photo editing program (I use picnik). It just has to have a doodling/paintbrush tool and a text tool. Then you paint the photograph white with the doodle paint brush, and add your own text. Make sure it's the right size for what you will be printing and then save and enjoy!
